Shipping policy

Every Racetrace poster is personalised and made to order, so here's exactly how delivery works.

Proof first. Within 48 hours of ordering we email you a draft proof to approve. Nothing is printed until you're happy with it.

Print & dispatch. Once you approve your proof, we print and dispatch your poster within 5 working days.

UK delivery. After dispatch, delivery typically takes a further 2–4 working days. Free UK shipping on orders over £49.99 — which includes every framed print; a small flat rate applies below that and is shown at checkout.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Any taxes or duties on future international orders would be the customer's responsibility.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we can only post to the address you give us. If a parcel is delayed or goes missing in transit, get in touch and we'll help track it down or arrange a replacement.
