Because every poster is made specifically for you, personalised and custom-made items are generally exempt from change-of-mind returns under UK consumer law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). This means we're not able to offer a refund simply because you've changed your mind.
That said, if your poster arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge.
To make a claim: email us a photo of the damage within [CONFIRM CLAIM WINDOW] days of delivery, and we'll get a free replacement sent out.
