UK delivery times and our returns policy for personalised posters.
Delivery
Within 48 hours of ordering we email you a draft proof to approve — nothing is printed until you're happy with it. Once you approve it, we print and dispatch your poster within 5 working days.
Once it's on its way, UK delivery typically takes a further 2–4 working days. Shipping is free on UK orders over £49.99 — which includes every framed print. Below that, UK delivery is a flat £2.99.
Returns
Every order gets a draft proof to approve before we print. If it's not right at proof stage, we'll revise it or refund you in full — no argument.
Once you've approved your proof, because each poster is personalised and made to order it's generally exempt from change-of-mind returns under UK consumer law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) — we're not able to refund simply because you've changed your mind after approval.
If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll put it right: email a photo to racetracesupport@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
